The Process
Month 1
01: Module Selection
Identify your property location with an address, and a land survey. With that information, we will research zoning, site capabilities, and land features to determine viability. Once this viability is confirmed and unit selection complete, we move to step 2.
Month 1
02: Commit
Meet in our office, sign a contract, pay your deposit, and finalize materials and finishes. This enters you into the queue for construction and delivery of your unit(s). More details of your project schedule will be determined at this time.
Month 1
03: Site Evaluation
Layout and arrange the structure(s) on your property with any living elements for final approval with our construction team. We create a site plan of your selected unit(s) over your boundary survey and develop any details for fitting them to the landscape. These site drawings will be the final documents for permitting and construction.
Months 2-6
04: Building and Site Prep
Off-site construction process begins and ends within this period along with site preparation (tree removal, driveway, foundation, septic system, utilities). Your delivery route will be mapped and permitted so once the assembly is complete and the unit(s) tightly wrapped, it will be ready for delivery.
Month 6
05: Home Delivery Day
Your home leaves the indoor facility by truck and is installed by crane fully complete in one day.
Months 6-7
06: Finishing Touches
Utilities are connected and running. Final finishes installed: exterior siding, roofing, interior flooring, and final paint.
Month 7
07 Connect Living Elements
Site walls, loggia, deck, walkways, etc. are built and suited to the unique topography of your site. Landscaping and final ground work completes the process.
Month 8
08: Move-In
Bring your slippers! Your house is complete and ready to move in. Modern, site specific design- simplified.
